Albert Tassi, CDT
President
Albert Tassi, CDT has been working in the Prosthodontic industry since 1973. Completing his formal  training at Triton College in 1975, Albert achieved certification as a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) from the National Board of Certification (NBC) in 1979 and was recognized by the NBC in 2004 for 25 years as a CDT. With an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to provide consistently high quality, state-of-the-art dental restorations, Albert founded Albert Tassi Dental Studio in 1981. The laboratory has been located in Elmhurst, Illinois since 1991. In the past 25 years, Albert’s leadership and employment philosophies have been featured in articles in the Journal of Dental Technology, (JDT) and Lab Management Today (LMT). Work from Albert Tassi Dental Studio has been photographed and included in National Advertising Campaigns for BISCO, Inc. and GC America. Most recently the Tassi BIO-Ti Crown™ made its spotlight debut in the New Products section of Dental Lab Products Magazine. In his free time, Albert enjoys books on Small Business / Entrepreneurship, science fiction movies, passionately following ALL Chicago sports teams and spending time with his wife Mary and 3 daughters.
Ron Cook, CDT
Director of Operations, Implant Specialist
Ron joins us from central Wisconsin  in the capacity of Director of Operations, Implant Specialist and Technical Representitive for ATDS and CamLog, bringing with him invaluable knowledge and experience in the dental laboratory industry. Having attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and the University of Toronto, faculty of dentistry, Ron has been a Certified Dental Technician since 1985. Ron brings with him invaluable experience with restorative cosmetic dentistry. Ron has acquired a plethora of Continuing Education Course certifications ranging from courses on Occlusion at LD Pankey to Advanced Anterior Design at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute (LVI). His advanced coursework in Toronto was with the Branemark implant system, although Ron is also experienced in many other implant systems. His mentors include Asami Tanaka, Willi Geller, Lee Culp, Matt Roberts, Bob Winter, Don Cornell and others. Married to Julie, they have three adult children. Ron spends his free time being active... with Sailing, Music, Scuba diving, and Culinary Arts among his many interests, Ron’s civic endeavors have included 4 terms as Treasurer for the Fond du Lac County Audubon Society, as well as the Board of Directors of their Shoreland Zoning Commission and the House Committee of their Yacht Club.
